we were super lucky and ALL got gate passes to see chal off. it was way early. originally chal was supposed to leave at noon, but them irene decided to hit the eastcoast and her flight was canceled. THEN at midnight she was rescheduled to fly out at 6am. YIKES!! we scrambled to pack and got maybe an hour of sleep and at 4am we were up and off the the airport.

Sad and happy for you at the same time. Saying goodbye sucks, especially when it is your sister. Hang in there.
